Religious Education
Right to Withdraw
Religious Education (RE) is an important part of the curriculum at our school and is taught in a way that is inclusive, respectful, and reflective of a range of beliefs and cultures. Through RE, children learn about different religions and worldviews and develop understanding, tolerance, and respect for others.
Parents and carers have the legal right to withdraw their child, either wholly or partly, from Religious Education. This right applies to all pupils in primary schools. If you would like to withdraw your child, please speak to your child's teacher.
